I purchased this as my first smart TV and am pleased with the picture and audio. I have a brain injury and my brain does not receive good image from my eyes so need larger TV and this one is real good on all the menus and apps being large enough to see them. the draw backs are this model does not show on their product list and tech support told me it does not have the 5600 and I had to make them look for it, they found it and said it was so new it did not show on their system yet even though it came out in July/2013
Great value for a TV of this size and quality.. the bezel is nice and thin – this was a great replacement for a 3 yr old LG 47" TV in my master bedroom.. the physical size of this was the same as my old 47" because of how thin this new bezel is.
Unfortunately, the shipping company which Amazon used did not come anywhere near the guaranteed delivery date, so I had to cancel this order and buy it locally.
We have previously owned an LG TV and upgraded to the 55″ LG. We are very satisfied with the quality of the picture.
