I have been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and have seen the POS system evolve over the years. This system is easy to use and simple to train servers to use efficiently. Reporting is all you could ask for and with table side ordering, firing to kitchen, and payments right in front of the customer… my team is lovign this. Great company to work with as well, my rep was knowledgeable and the technicians are easy to reach and helped with the entire setup, remotely and onsite for install and training.
The future has arrived , seriously. Table side ordering, view food items or split and share checks this thing is a must for any restaurant. The fact that it costs a quarter of the price and no longer a need to walk back and forth to a terminal is mind blowing. If you haven’t seen this you missing out!
